Our Welcome Mat is a monthly newsletter that details all of our upcoming events, such as each month's luncheon venue, menu, announcement of the guest speaker and how to make lunch reservations. It also includes a list of members' birthdays and new members for the current month. It is filled with information that includes on-going activities and the schedules of activity groups, such as book clubs, bridge clubs, day trips and more. The Welcome Mat is sent to members every month and contains all the information needed to register for every event.
Membership luncheons are open to all members on the 3rd Wednesday
of each month.

various members in their homes.
It is a fun-filled evening for
socializing with members and a chance to meet new friends.
All members are invited.
You may bring your significant other or come alone. Members
are asked bring an hors d'oeuvre and this event is BYOB.
Savannah Newcomers Annual Fashion Show
is the highlight of the Spring season.
It is held in conjunction with our Luncheon that is held in April each year. It always features one or two of the area's Boutiques, and offers shopping opportunities at our Pop-up Shops. Evening and daytime fashions and the latest styles in jewelry are emphasized. Plus, local salon stylists and make up artists join in the fashion preliminaries by creating wonderful hair styles and runway make up. The models are volunteer members.
The Savannah Newcomers December Holiday Party is our end of the year party that is black tie optional. Members may bring their significant other or come alone. There is an abundance of delicious food, friendship and holiday cheer. Join the party during which we dance and laugh the night away.

Treasure Hunters: Browsing for Antiques or Consignment stores for treasures. This group meets the 4th Wednesday of each month for fun adventures in shopping.
Beach Beauties: A new group for beach lovers. Let's get together and enjoy the Salt Life on the 1st and 3rd Mondays at 10;00a Meet at North Beach or Pier. Sign up
Book Club I: Meets the second Monday of each month to choose and discuss agreed upon reading selection.
Book Club II: Meets on last Wednesday of each month to choose and discuss agreed upon reading selection

Breakfast Club: Enjoy breakfast together at various local restaurants, on the 1st Monday of each month.
Bunco: Meets on the third Monday of each month at one o'clock.
Four Seasons Gourmet: This group meets for a gourmet luncheon four times a year in member's homes. This group is currently FULL
Gentle Biking: Travel to nearby locations to gently bicycle and then stop for a lunch or picnic.
Gourmet Dining Divas: Meets the 1st Tuesday of the month (Oct-June) in member's homes. This group is currently FULL
Gourmet Dinner Club: Take turns meeting in members homes as we serve up delicious food and Southern Hospitality. WAIT LIST
